The company’s first-ever corporate event — 500 guests and one furry hero in the leading role.
The concept
This is how the concept was born: a cat named Anatoly became a living symbol of the brand — of the warmth, coziness, and family values that Teplolux stands for. While guests were still finding their seats in the hall, Anatoly had already tested the coziness in person: trying out the softest corners, offering moral warmth to anyone who looked tired, and even squeezing in a nap on the props.
welcome
The evening opened with the drummers of Zanozzza — glowing drum kits, high energy, and the first burst of excitement in the hall. Next came a touching moment: a video greeting from French colleagues and an award ceremony honoring employees who have been with the company for more than 20 years.
To give guests a variety of content and avoid long lines at any single activity, several zones ran in parallel: a video zone with performers from the Salva Performance group; a photo mosaic, where guests received printed photo strips while together assembling a giant Teplolux logo out of their own photos; SlowMo 360; and stereo photography.
Atmosphere
The highlight of the evening was a three-tier celebration cake, topped with the number "30" and a red caramel "flame" at its base. The night closed with an afterparty headlined by DJ Igor Dumchenkov, where everyone danced together, regardless of job title. And somewhere behind the bar, Anatoly ran into an old friend — a bartender whose last name happened to be Kotov ("cat" in Russian). A coincidence almost too good to believe.
